Shipping & Returning Policies
Minimum: minimum wholesale order is $150.
Shipping Rates below apply to 48 US States only. Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii call for a shipping quote.
Please note, your shipping fee will be added when your order is ready to be shipped out. Although your shopping cart might show standard shipping is $0.0 during check out, you will receive an email prior to shipment for the total amount of your invoice including shipping fee.

Estimate UPS Ground Shipping Rates:
Order with 40 cases or more will be shipped by TLC such as Roadway, Yellow Transportation or ABF Truck Line. Shipping by TLC is usually a little cheaper with larger order than regular ground shipping.
Returns & Credits:
All claims must be made within 5 days from the date of receiving merchandise. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Returned or refused shipments may subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Private label, unlabel, and custom designed items are not return or refundable.
Sale Tax: All wholesale customers must provide a copy of a Sale Tax Certificate to exempt your order from the appropriate sales tax. Fax a copy of your tax ID certificate to 1-870-307-0059. Your certificate will remain on file for all future orders.
Transit Time Within the 48 Continental U.S. States:
FREE Shipping: to 48 continental US States with an order of $500 or more.
In-stock items will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. It usually takes additional 1 to 6 business days for UPS or Freight Company to deliver your package. See map below for transit time.
UPS Ground shipping is usually between 10 to 17% of your total wholesale order.
If your total order is $500 or more, shipping is Free.
Zone 1: 10% of your total order
Zone 2: 12%
Zone 3: 13%
Zone 4: 14%
Zone 5: 15%
Zone 6: 17%
